Barack Obama’s chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, became famous for suggesting that a good politician should never let “a serious crisis go to waste.” Further explaining his remarks, he stated that crises are “an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.” Fellow Obaman Hillary Clinton agreed on another occasion, arguing that you should “never waste a good crisis.”
That's what they are indoctrinated with, and that's exactly what the left is doing right now. The mainstream media is their biggest ally, they spread fear and hate and panic and blame it all on the big bad Orange Man.
The virus came from China, but they say it's "racist" to say that. They said "Trump didn't take this virus seriously" and yet he is the one who banned all travel to China in late January (the left said that was racist too) and formed the Coronavirus task force and addressed the issue during the state of the union on February 4th of this year, while the left was too busy trying to push for impeachment and ripping up that same speech on live TV. They also claim that he cut funding for the CDC, but a little quick fact checking proves that actually happened under the last administration, and vital equipment to help those who could be affected by an infectious disease, and N95 masks, were not replaced after the Ebola outbreak. The funding for the CDC has actually increased by 7% since 2016.
This is just a game to the left and the mainstream Media, a crisis that they are taking advantage of for their own political agenda, they do not care about people dying or the virus spreading, they don't even care about their own constituents, they only care about money and political power. This is the perfect storm, the perfect crisis for them to take advantage of to win the election.
