Probably thousands of people happily received drones this last Christmas and what would be cooler than to send it on a recon mission over and around military and other gov't locations. Barbed wire and armed guards are not very effective at keeping your super cool new drone from buzzing overhead and taking video of things you ought not be taping.
If ever there was a "toy" made for making mischief it would be the drone. Get a close up of your neighbors daughter or wife sunbathing nude behind the fence or get a cool but officially verboten video of the nearest ICBM site with armed guards on station...just the kind of stuff most males 12 to 85 would love to do.

@FEWI The government has guards posted at missile silos that are empty, and have been doing so for decades, no doubt to confuse the Rooskies way back when, and any would-be terrorists today.
