Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Just changed battery on LGQ6 phone. Almost had heart attack when told it would cost $80 cad. Also, you can';t just open the back & switch batteries. Vendor spent 15 minutes taking phone apart. Will be more careful when buying a new phone.

Yes they do on many of them. You just need to know how to deal that type of solder and have the correct bits for taking them apart. This is a techie pushing BS as water"proof" phones are very possible with removal batteries. Pushing tech and gadgets for the sake of suckering the public into spending money on items that let the merchant have more of your information for free.
