In my diploma studies in Health Care I am having to answer a question about how demographic replacement will cause problems and how the health care system needs to change.
The question and literature given is suppose to lead you to describe how discrimination against minorities will be rampant because of institutional racism and the culture will needs to change to accommodate the people replacing British people.
It is insane that if I want to be a nurse, work with children, help disabled people or work in any healthcare industry I have to write glowingly about demographic replacement and how to facilitate it. The higher I go the more I will have to affirm this mantra. I imagine that by the time a top governmental job in the industry arrives with the qualification obtained I will only be considered if I pontificate these ideas.

As an immigrant in the UK, I couldn't emphasise enough how important the ability to adapt and integrate is. do you really think the same system that is implementing this ideology is going to go against its own belief system.
I'm not as familiar with law but I see enough to conject the same ideology is infecting that field too and I'm none to sure that using their own structures of "discrimination" is the way to go in fighting it as inevitably it will only strengthen the ideology in the long run.
As someone who has been failed by the medical system over and over again, I can't say I'm sure there is a lot of help there. I know a lot of people must get into it to help those in need, but the system is so broken at least in Canada. The foundation for how we treat people and understand our bodies kinda sucks. I've watched as nurses go through being stuck in hospital beds, they don't even treat their own with more dignity.
There are a lot of people that get pigeonholed, I don't know how bad this happens with different races but it seems like the medical system is only good for emergencies. If your going to work it from the inside I would just say try to keep your mind open and keep seeing these holes, if they are making you jump through pointless hoops, that shows you what they are focusing on.
