Ok I think i figured out the solution to all of this. Since we literally need to find racism in everything white people do Whether its black vs police, economic disparity, hiring for jobs, prison population, dating, etc. segregation. I mean lets be real white people are told to check their privelage and “make black friends” and can't talk about black problems because its insensitive and racist meanwhile blacks self segregate into groups of their own free will (I.e black student union) and they don't have to “make white friends”. Hell if a white kid cones into their neighborhood it isn't treated as racist in the same way It would if it were reversed. Whites have to make up for their perceived crimes and hand out reparations by literally focusing on skin color (racism) to give blacks jobs they may not be qualified for or enroll them in schools out of their league. So why not just cut out the middle man. Blacks can only be hired by blacks, have to go to black schools, have to play black sports, hell if we don't go full segregation and basically create the black USA and we don't completely isolate from one another if a black person commits a crime against a white we gitta call a black officer less it be racism. We should probably also have black money too and tou can only but from same skin color too since whites would still apparently be richer otherwise
