Memes are images that are spread all over the Internet by millions of all sorts of people including the insidious. That's how propaganda spreads. The sentence "He didn't say this..." above the meme won't be included when circulated.
Joxua-Luxor is testing the water to see how many members here will approve of the meme, knowing that it is misleading. The wording "All Americans are essential workers" itself is actually a nice thing to say, so, why not spread the word alone, without the Trump photo and the quotation marks? It is wrong that the meme pretends that this is a quote by President Trump.
