2310140900Sa THE DEMOCRAT PARTY versus DUE PROCESS IN A FREE STATE?

At every turn on can’t help but see the real controversy ultimately rests with conspiring democrat’s disdain with the basic principles justice that we, for convenience sake, wrap in one catch all package we call “Due Process.” It should be obvious by now that socialists advocate “due process’ for themselves alone – with it being denied to all others.

There is an unbelievable number of defenses available to President Trump, but if you observe closely all of democrat’s claims of wrongful actions by President Trump revolve around denying him ‘due process’ in one way or another.

Additionally, “theories” are just “theories,” just like ‘alternate electors’ are just ‘alternate electors’ – and not some dastardly scheme for power. However, the same innocence cannot be attributed to the now more than four years of Electors, alternate or not, can only represent the state legislatures that appointed them.

Would the situation be clear if I point out that democrats, along with their political party, have criminally conspired to ‘obstruct justice’ then also deny ‘qualified immunity’ to the chief law enforcement officer of these United States of America? They’ve criminally conspired to reduce the authority of the Presidency to less than that of the average police officer in the average petrol car patrolling our streets.

Mind you, I’m not in favor of ‘qualified immunity’ for unlawful actions by anyone regardless of their status on government. But this conspiracy by democrats to prosecute President Trump as a way to disenfranchise at least half of the American voters is an act of criminal racketeering as defined by law.

Socialists basically favor the “Popular” vote over the “Electoral College” which protects minorities from an abusive majority – a safeguard put into place by our founding fathers along with our Constitution for the same purpose. Anyone would think that black Americans would appreciate these safeguards the most that were conceived and implemented by our founding father to protect them.

I don’t understand why socialists are forever heaping guilt upon people for things their long dead and forgotten ancestors may or may not have done or didn’t do. This without ever delving into the history of their political party – a party founded by a southern plantation owner and trader in slaves.

Individual Liberty is why our Constitution and Electoral College exists, without which black Americans would still be enslaved – and why ‘due process’ matters so much in America!.

PS1. SOMETHING I’M NOT HEARING ABOUT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT TO FUND PRESIDENT TRUMP’S LEGAL FEES FOR CHARGES AGAINST HIM WHILE IN OFFICE. Has not the democrat party placed the United States taxpayers in the unenviable position of being obligated to fund both the prosecution and the defense at the same time – just like in a family court?

PS2. Due Process in regard to charges against a setting President of these United States are clearly set out in our Constitution and for which President Trump was acquitted not once but twice by The United States Senate. Are we not looking at “forum shopping election interference?”

PS3. NOTHING, INCLUDING DUE PROCESS, ALLOWS THE PROSECUTION FOR THOUGHT BE THEY CONSIDERED CRIMINAL OR OTHERWISE!. ONLY SOCIALISTS ARE SO CONTROLLING AS TO ADVOCATE THOUGHT CONTROL! There is no such thing as privacy to a socialist.
