LINK Pope Francis Declares ‘Gender Ideology’ As ‘Dangerous’ To Civilization
Pope Francis said in an interview published Friday that “gender ideology” is among the “most dangerous ideological colonizations” today, according to a recent interview with La Nacion, an Argentinian media outlet.
Francis explained that “all humanity is the tension of differences” and worried about how “gender ideology” had virtually eliminated those differences between men and women.
“Why is it dangerous?” Francis said. “Because it blurs differences and the value of men and women. The question of gender is diluting the differences and making the world the same, all dull, all alike, and that is contrary to the human vocation.”
The pope said that the idea of allowing people to identify as male, female or nonbinary reminded him of a 1907 book titled “Lord Of The World” by Monsignor Robert Hugh Benson. Francis explained the book showed a future where “differences are disappearing” and all things become “uniform.”

Didn't he see that socialism leads to, as he says, "differences disappearing". I guess the differences to him are that he is above it all and everyone else should be equal, no one should be impoverished. Hey, s@#t happens and we all die in the end, especially if you believe you have no soul. Then you are really dead.

What did he expect, I don't know how his kind rise to the top of institutions.
It's a small step from his liberation theology to the gender insanity. Once you start down the diversity, inclusion and equality road, in whatever form that takes, you are going to end up with the crazies running the show. All the people that feel they have been unfairly excluded from social recognition and are highly motivated to change that. The problem is that underlying all these ideas is some link to Marxist thought. The problem with Marxism is there is no concept of merit within his ideology beyond having a heart beat. It was always going to end up with the post modernist idea that all narratives are equally valid in some sense and all that matters is the power to impose your narrative. A good example is the Biden administration where people were chosen for position without regard to merit but based on ideological purity. Incompetence and chaos rules the Biden administration and that is what will always happen if hierarchies are not based on competence but appearances, networking and grooming.
