Am replying to my own snark as I just spotted an advert for a green laser powerful enough to light a match. Gotta get one and "play" with it.
At what point is a Representative Republic under a Constitution such as in the US, required to intervene in the policies and actions of a state that has shown complete disregard for the Constitution; the law of the land of the United States of America?
Hasn't the State of California shown sufficiently that its intention is to disregard the First and Second Amendments of the Constitution, and ignore the Constitutional assertion that the government may not abridge our rights because they are ours by nature, not from the government? That is the very core of our beliefs as Americans.
Isn't it time for martial law to displace the illegal regimes in California, including the Legislature, the Governor, and the State agencies complicit in such illegal actions, and to prosecute the individuals responsible to the fullest extent of Federal law? Isn't it time for a California State Constitutional Convention that forever makes it a capital crime to attempt insurrection by way of disregard of the Constitution, and a felony to interfere with such prosecution?
Isn't it time to send a message to those individuals in other states also attempting to subvert the Constitution?
