If the intent was to get good useful info on the dangers of the "vax" it should NOT take anything close to 3 hours to convey the info.
To me, any video that runs more than 45 minutes is too long and I don't watch it.

I agree with the basic premise of your statement. I see many videos that show me the speakers are not in tune to.their audience’s needs or preferences. They don’t seem to understand that due to decades of information overload along with a fast-food approach to information that has become endemic since the creation of the internet, the vast majority of consumers of information within our population are “at a glance” consumers of information. They obtain their “knowledge/expertise” from headlines, memes and short quips. Hence, the above form of information sharing is more geared to researchers and academics.
That being said, I have learned to use the “playback speed” and the 15 second advance/rewind functions to speed view and focus on the portions that offer the most value. In doing so, it took me approximately 30 minutes to gather a ton of data. I saw within the first 3 minutes that I was very interested in hearing what was presented. I have become adept to listening to most speakers of english at double speed and slow down only when the terminology is unfamiliar. My brother (a brilliant scholar; far smarter than me) watches most things at 1.25-1.5 speed.
I would humbly suggest you try this method with this video and see if it offers some value to you personally.
