If need be individual sports should create a a news category T only fair way.
If you believe your différent than the sex you're born with then own it and accept it fully. Don't take the free ride and ride on women's back. In Hilary's words: I don't feels no ways tired I come too far to live me here. etc. 
@Saigon2o interesting idea ~ but there were some co-ed activities when I was in elementary school like kickball, and some softball girls were helluva a lot better playing the game, coordination wise and the physical fact girls mature faster than boys, some being Amazonian and a foot taller...
as for the modern day adult competitions, its like steroids and not being fair at all to the natural
and in a distant future, the archeologists will still classify them as what they were born as
I see that free ride of 'gender fluidity' as more exploitation and denigration of women's equal rights, & completely obliterates the achievements of equality and promotes a whole new level of systematic culturally endorsed abuse, both physical and psychological
