The Chinese have been behind the seines suppling arms and giving aid to the Taliban for years. We will now see the Chinese ally with Afghanistan and Iran to gain access to the middle east.

I predicted this outcome 19 years ago when it became obvious that the mission had morphed into some kind of nation building exercise. The entire thing has been a 20 year long tragedy. Not to mention the more than $12,000 spent for every man, woman and child in the USA.
