It does not have to be logical at all, it needs to exploit emotion.
You could do this against the COVID vaccine:

The vaccine is immoral because of cruel animal testing,
The vaccine is a form of rape,
The Trump vaccine is toxic because (insert oppressed classification).
The vaccine is injecting patriarchy,
The vaccine is bad for the Earth.
The vaccine comes from Nazi experiments and is a form of black oppression.
The chem trails are how they are spreading the vaccine and black oppression,
The vaccine is form of white privilege don't take it.
It can be maximally batshit crazy as long as it pushes the right emotional buttons. Sometimes the more batshit crazy stuff works better.
