I realize that politicians often use a mix of personal stories and accomplishments in order to sell the image they wish to project on a mass scale. It also won't always land the same way between people. Some may feel connected, and some won't buy into it at all.
Some people are really good at projecting strength and yet still be personable. Joe and Kamala are pretty bad at it. Obama, love him or hate him, is really good at it. Charisma only goes so far, though. Actions are more important. So, already starting off with a questionable character, doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in how these two are going to lead a country in severe civil unrest.

so now the burning question is at what point does questionable character become legal corruption/criminality and what indicates the time to handle things yourself.....
@solopro I wonder that myself. I look at the protests on both sides, and can't tell if they're actually accomplishing anything other than increasing the hate between each two opposing sides.
Meanwhile, politicians on both sides seem to be feeding off the civil unrest all the while putting their own best interests first. Not that it's anything new, but our current civil unrest coupled with COVID and unemployment only makes things monumentally worse. I'm very disgusted with the lot of them.
@saramarylop3z agreed, the Civil servants seem to have forgotten the reason they have those jobs. firing them will be tricky with all the cheating.
