They are imposing China's COVID vaccine which is only 50% effective and not available, China is claiming by force territory of the Philippines and Duterte is doing nothing, new variants of COVID are spreading like wild and there are no medical resources to address this.
Filipinos like Duterte’s tough guy talk but on the other hand he is horrendously botching things on multiple fronts.
