Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.The not thinking is painfully obvious. We know ivermectin is not likely doing much. Why not talk about things that do work and talk about not doing things that will make it worse.
Doable things in the Philippines would be:
-
Vitamin D 5000IU
-
Advocating getting proper sleep
-
DHA/EPA eating fish, more on this later
-
Wearing mask.

Not going to large gatherings, especially when the pandemic is obviously raging out of control. Here is the plus and minus of this: The plus is you get the pandemic over with faster, everyone gets immunity the hard way. The downside is when everyone is sick there is no one to take care as everyone is sick all at the same time

Not loading up on antipyretics at the first sign of fever.
Now to the government, which is horrendously ineffective. Eating fish should be a doable option but China has stolen that from the Philippines, and what has Duterte done? Allowed the Chinese to rob at this most critical moment uncontested, what good is the Philippine Navy if they are not allowed to fight for what belongs to the Philippines?
Vaccines, another total disaster. China just gave 500,000 doses of there vaccine, which barely works. What it does very clearly show is Duterte is completely corrupted by China. Filipinos are right when they say Duterte is the puppet of China. 500,000 doses are a ridiculously small number for a country of 109,581,078 people. It is just enough to make Duterte and his cronies happy, that is it.
