The book's cover is intended to bring the KKK hat to mind. Sickening.
Even more sickening: The author of the book points out that the Charleston shooter was a "confirmed Lutheran". As if the shooter had claimed to have been inspired by Martin Luther.
Using the author's 'logic', one could point to the religious affiliations of nonwhite killers to smear their religions. But smearing is a one-way street. And a religion that condones and even encourages violence can never be criticized as long as it's not European.

CNN fanning the fires of racism. Half-truths, truth out of context and outright fabrications. When the truth is not sufficient, and lies are made, one should ask what is being hidden, and why.
The truth is that Democrats in the South funded the KKK, and the CNN article is a smokescreen to hide the fact. Look it up. The KKK is still covertly populated with Democrats today.
True Christians are defenders of justice for everyone. CNN employees may realize that someday. More likely, Christians will see the gong the other way, and mourn for them as they realize the greater reality they sacrificed for this one.
