Socialism is a long game intent upon waiting out the wisdom that comes with age and maturity.
Thomas Hobbes purported that because it is the natural state of humanity to be at each others throats for survival, it’s appropriate for humans to collectively surrender their liberty, to some singular third party, in return for assured safety of themselves.
Of course Darwin comes along and portrays life as survival of the fittest. Once again the strong survive while the weak perish. The weak being those that failed to adapt in one way or another being doomed to extinction.
Because the human lifespan is short the young must cherish and pay heed to ‘history’ as the wise guidance of those that couldn’t mentor them any other way.
SO NOW I WARN YOU: Pay close attention to anyone that advocates destruction or distortion of history, be it good or bad history in your eyes. The bad of history is every bit as important as any good that you may discern from history. The destruction of history is quite literally the same snake that spoke to Eve in the Garden now speaking to you. If a statue or verse speaks to you as wrong does it not serve as a warning to you? The snake did not encourage Eve to listen and adhere to the words of GOD did it.
Liberty is gifted you from GOD alone is the basic premise upon which these United States was founded. Absolutely all other representations inure from that one singular concept unique to this American experiment in self-rule never before attempted.
Any thing that seeks to change history of anything can be nothing but evil crouching at you door as it did Cain who then slue his brother.
History is literally sacrosanct in its importance to human flourishment – matters not if appears to be good or bad history, it’s all there to be seriously studied and learned from.
