I would say incompetence explains it except for the fact they never recognize their actions as incompetent. Sanctuary cities are a prime example. They don't see their cities being destroyed by communist policies.

@wolfhnd , Russia has the documented evidence that these labs existed and were funded by Hunter Biden's company. Russia asked for a formal investigation by the UNSC and the Americans voted it down. Propaganda is very different than documented evidence. Haven't we been told that Russia is losing this war and Ukraine just needs a few more dollars to get them over the top?

@FrankZeleniuk Who cares about "the west"? There is a whole planet out there and a new BRICS economic system. He is not seen as a dictator in Russia by the Russian people and he is not seen as a dictator by dozens of world leaders. He has an approval rating above 85%.

The truth of the matter will come to light when countries like Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, and maybe Germany after this winter (among several others) switch sides and disclose the truth. They want the west to get out of their affairs and they do not support NATO on their doorsteps

Sounds like a plausible scenario. I'm not certain that is the case. One thing is certain, the Biden/Obama administration is destroying its credibility on the world scene.
I don't know where BRICS stands on global issues such as climate change but it seems to me like a communist alliance and not an economic alliance. Certainly it is a challenge to the US dollar's hegemony in the world and its political position. American politicians have lied, not only to the American public, but to the world for far too long. China doesn't currently have the economic strength to challenge the US alone, thus BRICS. There are enough countries tired of US intervention in their affairs. They see the lies being perpetrated upon Americans themselves so they have lost trust in the US altogether. The problem with that is, communists are worse liars.
I think we are on the brink of a new renaissance where the truth is leaking out about what is occurring and what has occurred. The people have been lied to about health, education, diet, political objectives, economics, and kept in the dark for too long. It's coming apart at the seams. People are realizing they need to trust their leaders and not be blatantly lied to about everything.
There is some kind of alliance between China and the West.
The WEF is not being challenged by China - or so it seems. The US is busy destroying itself as a place of liberty and freedom. There are secret agreements as to how to establish a one world government that are not so secret and can be openly seen as evolving from the UN in Agenda 2030 and 2050. They do not bode well for the global population but I think it will all be exposed and fall apart before these agendas can be fully implemented.

Time will tell. I doubt I'll be around to see it all come to fruition but it is clear that fear is becoming the most prevalent emotion amongst the elite. They can't trust themselves.

Yes I see the great reset as much as a matter desperation than an attempt to exploit a crisis. If the global warming narrative comes unraveled as it seems likely to do over the next few decades the elites are in for a lot of hurt. It very well may be now or never for their plans.

Sure the pandemic was real as is global warming but the exaggeration of it's seriousness and the disconnect between the policies and practical solutions is going to increasingly become clear.

I live in small conservative town and people still are not on board with Trump the way I would have hoped. Especially women seem to be holding out. I kind of understand their position as they are inclined to prefer security to freedom. Men are more inclined to be independent which can get them in trouble. I even have a problem with Trump in that you can't go back to when America was great without a lot more pain than most people will bear. Personally I would be willing to give up a lot and see quite a lot of suffering to ensure a better future but most people don't see reading and discussing and other simple pleasures like walking the dog as the most important things in life. I have never wanted the things other people want such as a bid house, boats, cars, gun collections, expensive food, nice clothe, etc. For example I would be willing to give up a lot of the Chinese slave labor products that the poor and middle class are hooked on. I also realize you can't just end the welfare state because too many people are dependent on it. It would take 50 years to end that dependency humanely.
