Have you never noticed that Lady Justice wears a blindfold in order to not have sight? So it’s rather a misnomer to say that justice is blind when justice can be thwarted by seeing who and what’s on trial.

Put Another Way: Justice has to be blindfolded to exist at all. And to this very end western civilization has Due Process including juries of unimpeachable piers.

And never is a group identity on trial collectively for anything at all. That too would be contrary to Due Process Justice after all. But Marxist / Socialism addresses only group identities – never the individual as Due Process requires.

Bigotry and therefor Racism dictates that all members of a group identity must think and act alike therefore all members of such group identity are all equally guilty in the eyes of the bigot.

Due Process and Justice are entirely dependent upon the sovereignty of the individual to be tried.

Justice isn’t medically blind, that’s why Justice has to wear a blindfold in order to render justice.

Unfortunately it’s a small mind that can’t see others as the individuals they are. How can anyone be judged on their character, as MLK saw in his dream, if people are being taught to see only on as opposing group identities in schools they’re forced to attend for their indoctrination.

Marxist / Socialism absolutely need constant discord and antagonism between groups of whatever kind they can provoke against one another. Look closely, there will always be two identities being pitted against one another if not more – never one harmonious group. Because there’s no need for Socialist activism if there’s only one single harmonious group identity available. Does that sound like their Socialist Utopia to you. By the way, even that can’t happen. There will always be blue eyes versus brown eyes, brown hair versus blonde hair, short people versus tall people, or females versus males until extinction is all that’s left. Marxist / socialism is modern {c}ynicism (nihilism) based entirely on bigotry therefore it’s racist and even more.

IF YOU CAN’T SEE PEOPLE AS INDIVIDUALS THEN YOU’VE ALREADY BEEN INDOCTRINATED!
