That is why none of their publications, much less their theses or doctorate publications are ever cited by anyone in trying to further study the issue. Trying that is like building on marshmallow -- there is no foundation. Every single publication like that is a singleton -- narcissistic crappola of no inherent value to anyone, much less society at large.

The Age of Reason is over.
Western Universities and associated scientific research used to be the engine of unprecedented progress.
That engine has been derailed.
They're doing all they can to usher in a new Theocracy, one cult-member at a time.
They are already burning heretics alive, figuratively, in the "public square"... it's only a matter of time before they presume a "mandate" to start doing it literally.

Of course! The Age of Reason was the seed of the modern world, which has given way to the postmodern world, and it’s successful project to deconstruct reason, reality and truth.
If I was a youngster today, I'd become a plumber or a mechanic. No way would I set foot into an indoctri.... er.... University. Learn something useful and beneficial to society.

Humanities and Social "sciences" have become nothing more than a Cult.
Most STEM programs are still useful. They are less subjective and harder to corrupt... but they're working on those, too. Biology seems to be at least partially lost already. And, of course, Math is racist. They're like termites.
As @GeeMac noted, they're also going after the foundation to topple the whole structure once and for all, by claiming that there's no such thing as objective Truth.
Of course, they can't prove that... which makes it a matter of faith, a foundational tenet of their religion.
Which, interestingly (to me anyway) means that to whatever extent they exert influence in any public institutions... which is already excessive... they are Progressively imposing their own Theocracy on the rest of us.
Clearly in violation of our own founding charter... which is why they hate that, too.
