If blacks don't like it, they can move to South Africa and see if Malema works for them. Or they could try Botswana or Tshisekedi's Congo. Search for Uhuru said it's none of his business what Republicans do. He understands that nationalism is not a dirty word. Even Malema said that Trump is none of his business.

Work ethic would be one economic reason. Plenty of legal migrant workers come from Mexico, who start in the South, planting trees or picking crops by hand, such as strawberries. They move a bit north and go detassle corn, and we use to 'walk beans'. After that its north to, like say Michigan, and pick cherries or apples. When you get paid minimum wage or get paid more money for production rate, the laziness factor becomes apparent in that work ethic.
Plenty of better qualified people lost their jobs to Affirmative Action and that form of reverse discrimination. Its is reflective of the learning curve and bringing the standards down to achieve an allusion of equality by government mandate while reinforcing lackadaisical complacency. It is an affront to the individuals who have persevered to make social evolution positive.

I grew up on a walnut orchard in California. Harvest time was all-important to us. We hired people who would hustle to get the crop in for us. If this is the reason Mississippi farmers are hiring the South Africans, then I can sympathize with them.
Here in Colorado there is no overtime (extra pay for more than eight hours a day) for agricultural workers. So you have to hire people who will put in the extra hours for you. If that means South Africans, good on them..
