LINK Humanities scholars in action: "Remnants of Venus: Signifying Black Beauty and Sexuality"
"Remnants of Venus" examines popular representations of the "big booty," often associated with and serving as a stand-in for black women's sexualities. This essay calls into question whether such representations, embodied through racial appropriations by non-black women or satirized by black women like Kara Walker and Nicki Minaj, can exist beyond "signs" of sexual excess or whether they can be mobilized toward black sexual freedom and an aesthetic of black beauty, as other artists have attempted, from Janelle Monáe to Beyoncé to young women "twerk" dancing.

Then in 2020 I was told that if you are attracted to black women, that means you're fetishizing them, and that's racist too.

I've also seen articles propounding that if you won't bone Quanisha, you're a racist; and that if you won't bone tranimals, you're transphobic. 
It always seems a bit silly to perseverate so on human sexuality. People need to be goaded and cajoled; provoked into thinking critically, seriously on myriad topics. Sexuality isn't one of them.
Sex, sexuality, sort of like the human impulse to violence is so near the surface so powerful that it actually has to be somewhat suppressed - for what should be obvious reasons.
This professor IMHO only reveals his own intellectual shallowness by trying to make human (Black or otherwise) sexuality into some profound aspect or complication of the human psyche. It (sex, sexuality) does not approach complexity. It is just the opposite of complexity. It is not close to being multi -dimensional.
Human sexuality is, again, like impulse to violence, primal. Left unfettered by a set of social more's sex and violence are destructive to an otherwise fully functioning social structure.
The negative consequences of unfettered sexuality and violence are obvious. Sexuality (and violence) are not so much "expressive of culture" as they are more akin to "the very fuel of culture". For better or for worse it is what keeps the world spinning.

Excellent observations.
I can only add that the woke supremacy is nothing, if not impulsive, acting on emotion and perception instead rationality and facts. They've even gone far enough to claim that objectivity and scientific method is representative of white culture and should be rejected.
So apparently, we're all now supposed to embrace a society based on feelings and impulses, where child knife-fights are considered commonplace and the rule of law is oppression.
More wasteful, woke academia...
