20.06.22.2355 FAILURE(S) TO COMMUNICATE & FEMINIST THEORY – TRUE OR FALSE?: With a measure of power comes the precise same measure of responsibility. Famous dialog such as: “I’ll make him an offer he can’t refuse.” or my personal favorite “I’ll accept no refusal.” perfectly express the prevalent Feminist view of power disparity.

This is an ignorance that has a horrible history for humanity. It’s has been in the past & still is a notorious language failing of human being. This same human failure to communicate rears its’ ugly head most often in gender relations & policing; but it’s not limited to those areas alone. I’ll let you work just how prevalent it is for yourself.

Mind you now, the difference between a “truth” & a “lie” is for a separate conversation – not this one, though related they are. Truth & lies is here exclude so as to refine the question.

The affect of, real and/or perceived, power disparity is the confining limits of the subject of this post – its boundaries as it were. Power disparity, real or imagined, I submit, is ancillary to the subject of this post – MISTAKENLY SO! Marxist/Feminism on the other hand can’t be excluded as it’s up to its eye balls in the guilt purveyed by the subject of this post. It’s not that Marxist/Feminism isn’t a LIE from stem to stern, they are, but need to be set aside as well to facilitate an accurate view.

Disclaimers & exceptions out of the way, let’s see if we can piss some people off – wicked people don’t like the light of true actuality – the light of day as it were.

Communists (Feminists included) dearly love capturing their prey between their pincers from side to side as well as from up & down as they’re currently doing to the American public. But their pincers from above & below isn’t the subject of this post either so I guess I’m still disclaiming & refining the subject – and I thought I was through with that.

The pincers from both sides is to force you into a “catch 22,” a “damned if you do & damned if you don’t situation. Feel free to visualize yourself in these situations caught in the side to side pincers.

Compare the Nirenberg NAZI (National Socialist) Trials to the Disparity Rape propagated by Feminism. OH Yes, they are comparable because after you drill down you’ll find the same argument of Power Disparity at the bottom of both. Was not the defense proffered at the Nirenberg Trials that they were just following orders? Feminist Theory proffers that Power Disparity in and of itself causes Disparity Rape. And after you’ve arrived at the rotting foundation of Feminist Theory you can easily say that the entire history of humanity is one of male human abuse of female humans & we do live in a Rape Culture after all. You’ve just got to frame it properly.

Confused yet? Hope not. All I’m saying is that Power Disparity can’t be used as both defense & condemnation. If Disparity Rape is a cause for criminal action then Disparity Command/Orders isn’t a crime – which is it? And we’ve got a lot of wrongfully convicted Men in prison or we & humanity have wrongfully convicted & executed a lot of Men at the NAZI (National Socialist) Trials at Nirenberg – which is it.

Rayshard Brooks was caught in exactly the same side to side pincers when told by a police officer to move his car fifty or so feet to a parking space. He was damned if did & damned if he didn’t. If he didn’t moved the car he’d be guilty & by moving the car he was guilty. In addition, the officer instructed an impaired Man to break the law then they proceeded to arrest him for breaking that law.
