The answer you need to do your own research before using TRUMPS "FAKE NEWS" on anyone. Been doing mine for years. @Gerri4321 Pepsi has done some testing/research using cells cultured from a kidney taken from a single kidney from a fetus aborted in Europe 40 years ago. HEK293 from memory. As have other companies using cells cultured from the same single kidney.

It is ethically questionable but you are at no stage consuming fetuses.

@Gerri4321 The fetus was aborted 40 years ago. The research using cells cultured from that fetus's kidney is still happening today. I admit that this is ethically very questionable, but we are not consuming this tissue either directly or indirectly.

The other commenter didn't seem to mind doing their own to find out if their family was eating fetuses or not I think you shouldn't either and I suggest you stay up with research it does advance in 40 years just Tad.

I got the distinct impression that the Gawker article you provided was intended to be factual but also a little bit humorous, and if you believe that it supports your claim that we are consuming human fetuses in food then your reading comprehension is a little different from mine.
