I think Pamela Steele and Wayne Hawthorne, both make interesting and succinct points. National Sovereignty is an extremely important concept that I see routinely ignored by educators and media alike. It should weigh heavily on most if not all of our National International Relations considerations.

Wayne makes a good point with regard to lefties and righties, and that there would not be one without the other. Especially considering the amount of antagonism and competition within the 24 hour news cycle that now exists. I also think, with regard to the current stated priorities of the milque toast Democrats and Republicans, they have succeeded in branding themselves, to their own detriment; e.g. Blue Dog Democrats which no longer exist, and Republicans who strongly question overseas excursions by our military, or what the desired end state of such excursions would be.
