We had the same thing happen in Canada. The liberal government tried to add clauses that were not agreed upon at the last minute before the bill was voted on. Trudeau wanted unlimited power of spending and ability to raise taxes at any point by however much he felt until December 2021.
It was declined and the following day they submitted a new bill without the power grab and it was passed. But equally disgusting is Trudeau coming out 2 days ago and saying he will be increasing the carbon tax regardless of the pandemic. Most of ya are already in a position where we don’t know how our rent and power bills are getting paid. And I’m sure there are many more who won’t be eating much. Goes to show what they are really concerned about. NOT US
