occasionally - vaguely aware. He has Alzheimers disease IMHO. I base that opinion on the facts of my own wifes affliction with that disease. the blank, lost look in the eyes, the stumbling with words and inability to form cogent sentences. Inappropriate emotional outbursts, confused about dates, names, simple facts.
No, Biden is not well.
