I guess that even so lame an excuse is better than none. Like his plain old lust for anything but Hillary and his position as POTUS didn't have anything to do with it.

I would not argue that explanation; it seems valid - I know I always feel much better about things after receiving an enthusiastic blow job from a sexy young woman...c'mon what man among us can't relate to that?!
Probably also made Bill forget he was married to the anti-Christ too.
