We don’t know whether the release was intentional, but it seems to me the Chinese today are not well known for their competence. But the CCP is well known for its ruthlessness. And there was a clear motive for the CCP to release the virus. Does this move the meter closer to a judgment of incompetence or of intent? And what does one say about the serendipity that exists between the two choices?

Interesting. It certainly wouldn't surprise me if it was engineered and released on purpose. We will have to watch what happens in China. That hellish technocracy is coming to the rest of the world if we don't wake up soon. And Corona virus is part of the drive to make it happen. We've seen it over and over with SARS, Ebola, Swine Flu etc etc.
These events are invaluable for the powers that shouldn't be in developing mechanisms for global control like travel bans, detainments and so on.
It's also going to create huge profits for the pharmaceutical industry when the vaccine rolls out. And that merger of state and corporate powers that Mussolini used to define Fascism is well and truly upon us.
