In order to provide the necessary acceleration to reach other celestial bodies, it requires systems of propulsion that reduce the mass of the craft and do not eject mass. They cannot be subject to Newton’s third law or have to carry their propellant with them – like a rocket does. This is one such method that uses mercury based plasma as utilized on the USAF TR-3B.

The Tactical Reconnaissance TR-3B was a nuclear powered aerospace platform developed under the top secret ‘Aurora’ project in the 1990s. This was a large craft as was dictated by the propulsion system, the prototype was 200ft along each side. By 1994 there were three even larger operational models at 600ft across and triangular in shape. The outer coating of the craft is reactive to radar wave stimulation and can change it's radar signature and reflective colour.

In the prototype, the circular, plasma filled accelerator (called the magnetic field disruptor FRD) surrounds a central rotatable crew compartmentk. A 100ft accelerator ring is reinforced with 12 layers of exotic nano- material film which is less than 1 10,000th of an inch thick and cannot be cut, pieced or split. This material is as flexible as a plastic bag. It’s molecular structure is altered when it is super-cooled and a polarized electric charge is applied to it so that a laser can cut it. Large ribbons of this material were used that can withstand the enormous pressure inside the accelerator.

The interior is filled with ionized mercury gas and pressurized to 150,000 Bar (250,000 Bar in the operational model). It was cooled to 150K super-conducting temperatures and spun at 40,000 rpm. The charged particles of plasma, which create an enormous magnetic vortex field that generates a super conducting plasma with a specific gravity energy. This vortex field reduces the mass of the craft by 89% focused at 90 degrees to the flow of the electrons. This will envelop the entire craft and allow mach 9 performance at all vectors and higher maneuverability than any aero-dynamic craft. The topology of this magnetic vortex field allows for breaking of the Lorenz force to allow movement in a gravitational field. The Crew of the craft immersed in the Magnetic field will fell no effects of outside G forces/

THEORY
When a current is passed along a wire, a magnetic field is generated at 90 degrees to that current flow. If the wire is arranged in a circle, charged electrons flow in a circular motion. This magnetic field strength is measured in Tesla. The equation for magnetic field strength in a charged particle is: B = Uo / 4pi X qv /r squared. Uo/4 pi is a constant; r is distance from the charged particle to the measured field. V is the velocity of the charged particles and q is how many of them there are.
Electrons flow in a copper wire with a DC current at 0.735mm per second. In the prototype TR3A’s MFD accelerator was 100ft in diameter and the spin rate was 40,000 rpm. This equates to a charged particle speed of 64,000 metres per second.

The electrons in the plasma are travelling at 87,000,000 time the speed of the electrons in the copper wire. All other factors being the same, the magnetic field strength will be 87,000,000 time stronger that one generated in a copper wire.
The charge generated in copper wire is proportional to the electron density. In 1 cm cubed of copper, there are 8.4x 10 to the power 22 electons. In plasma, the electron density varies with the type of plasma and the temperature. Operating at 150K, a metallic plasma with have a comparable electron density to that of copper.
A typical magnetic field in a transformer is between 1 and 2 Tesla. The strongest magnetic field ever produced in a laboratory is 45 Tesla enough to levitate an iron ball of 30cm diameter. The magnetic field generated in the MFD would be several orders of magnitude stronger than one generated in copper. The numbers of Tesla would similarly be orders of magnitude higher too. Enough to levitate a 10,000 Tonne ship?
This represents a fixed magnetic field. Pulsed magnetic fields of 1000s of Tesla tend to blow up whatever they are contained in due to induced voltages. There is no published work clarifying what effect 1000s of Tesla of fixed magnetic vortex field have on a gravity field.

The TR-B3 was capable of Mach 9 either horizontally or vertically. That is 40 seconds from ground to Space. That is a 600ft Triangular craft attaining orbit in 40 seconds. That was in the 1990s. Assuming an improvement of factor of 10 for todays versions, the Moon is reached in 4hrs and Mars in a couple of weeks.

We need this technology so it should be either released into the public domain or developed as a matter of urgency. Anything that can do this is also a formidable weapon so maybe that is why reticence exists to promote it.
