i tried making a reservation with Hertz rental car, gave them the information required over the phone, and said everything was done and did i want the conformation number and i said yes and then wrote it down, a week later i went to pick up the vehicle and was told they were having trouble finding the paperwork ? i gave the woman the conformation number and was told they didn't have a vehicle for me ? i was suppose to drive hundreds of miles to an appointment and no vehicle ~ that's Alamosa Hertz vehicle rental, in Colorado - do not do business with them, it's a nightmare
