I would like to know how people feel about our flag having yellow fringe on it? A judge sitting under a flag with yellow or gold fringe becomes the "captain" or "master" of that enclave and has absolute power to make the rules as he goes. If you enter a courtroom with this flag, you leave your constitutionally secured rights outside the door to that courtroom. Title 4 U.S.C. 3 provides that anything put on the flag (yellow fringe) mutilates the flag and carries a one year prison term.

I'm a traditionalist is I don't like it. But I doubt just because some entity puts a fringe on a flag I'm supposed to surrender my right in it's presence

I think the yellow fringe sets off the red, white, and blue nicely. Of course, in honor of our current president, I would consider only hugging "gold" colored fringes.
