SCOTUS to vote on hearing 2020 election case against Biden, Harris, Pence, senators, congressmen

The lawsuit alleges that the government officials violated their oaths of office by not allowing an investigation into the 2020 election.

During the joint session of Congress to certify the 2020 election results, "over 100 members of U.S. Congress claimed factual evidence that the said election was rigged," Brunson alleges in his petition for a writ of certiorari. "The refusal of the Respondents to investigate this congressional claim (the enemy) is an act of treason and fraud by Respondents. A successfully rigged election has the same end result as an act of war; to place into power whom the victor wants, which in this case is Biden, who, if not stopped immediately, will continue to destroy the fundamental freedoms of Brunson and all U.S. Citizens and courts of law."

This has about as much chance of being accepted as I do winning a Miss America contest.

This Brunson v Adams case has the potential to eliminate the swamp in one fell swoop. I'm not holding my breath, but I'm hopeful.

Yes, that pretty much sums it up about Biden and the Democrats. However, fighting them on issues will not awaken the masses to vote them out. Deal with the problem of an ever shrinking level of freedom and liberty.

No, but there have been examples in our history of Americans speaking up and government responding.

And that never happens when the public fails to contact their reps.

It's not just Democrats that have been undermining the Constitution that they swore an oath to uphold. If the Brunson brothers are successful, many Republican allies of the Democrats will also find themselves out of a job.

@TimTuolomne That was then, this is now and we are faced with an enemy that can not be seen, it's an ideology. So come up with a better ideology, one that most people would want because their life would be better off, they might have less fear for example, if they followed it and you will have a path beaten to your door. Back then people knew that already, they don't today.

The musicians?

@ScottforKing "A better ideology"??? The US Constitution, my friend, is the greatest "ideology" in human history. You haven't got a better one and you won't, given human nature.

Just because some folks have been duped into believing that its a good idea to try everything to de-stabilize our society doesn't make our society bad. It makes those trying to do that bad.

I guess you think its because you did not have a better idea when someone breaks into your house. You should be thinking that they might be bad guys, and that you have the right to defend yourself. Do you?

So how do you fix that? Enough people have to wake up to it - including overcoming the dupes who think its our system, and in big enough numbers that reps know they are in trouble if they don't respond as demanded. There is a lot of precedent for that in US history.

The whiners and simple minded won't have anything to do with restoration of respect for our Constitution. And they will probably be the first to think their whining did it when those of us who stood up made the difference.

@TimTuolomne So are you suggesting that we who value greater freedom and liberty should argue for that and not get caught up in arguing over whether or not such and such a State may or may not have violated some rule or rules? I would argue that higher taxes create less freedom for citizens now and economic slavery for the yet to be born. I would argue that greater competition in education and heath care brings about more freedom and liberty. Not printing more money to buy more votes has the same result as above and less personal and public debt will bring us the same. I would argue that everyone really wants greater freedom and liberty, but with rules, boundaries and limitations to keep us from chaos. I would argue that that is what the leftists are after, no different than what the brown shirts wanted in Germany in the early 1930's.

@ScottforKing Those things are all within reach of the public to change under our Constitution, but most of them are busy putting purple magnesium wheels on their giant trucks, going to their favorite concerts, and fixing up their kitchens.

Most of the people I know claim to be "a-political." It means they are completely asleep to any State violating the Constitution, absolutely unaware that the US Constitution is the only constitution in the World that protects their rights by limiting the government, and absolutely unaware that there is any difference between the political parties.

So to them either Party is OK - as long as it does not embarrass them with their neighbors, and any type of government is OK. When their kids come home from college and tell them that they are not keeping up with the times because they don't realize "soft socialism" is now the thing, they feel foolish if they don't keep an open mind.

THESE are the people responsible for the state of the nation today. When politicians realize that no one is watching the cookie jar, they just dig in. Every critic of the Constitution agrees that it is the greatest weakness of the document: the apathetic nation that no longer understands its critical importance.

Why are they responsible? In 1942, FDR had unconstitutionally blackmailed the Supreme Court to dis-empower the Commerce Clause of the Constitution in Wickard vs Filburn. Before then, there were no Federal Bureaucracies. None. There were small Federal agencies like the Treasury, the Patent Office, the Post Office and the larger offices were the military.

The Department of Agriculture came from that ruling which told farmers what they could and could not grow, just like the Soviet Union. The response from the public for this outrageous violation of the Constitution? Crickets.

From that grew every other department today including the HSS, Department of Education, Department of Justice, the FBI, and a thousand other non-military agencies. None of them Constitutional nor accountable to the voters. The people caused that by electing power seekers to office - Democrats, and not paying attention to what they were doing. If the nation were to understand how this happened, and were to stand up, the original Constitution could easily be restored because Democrats would have been swept from office as responsible for all of it.

If you look carefully at the record, Republicans have been telling the public about this from the beginning, but the half asleep public believes Democrats when they slander Republicans, and neighbors shame each other for believing Republicans.

So would you just throw away the Constitution? And then what? There is either the Constitution or tyranny. That is what history tells you over and over. That is why I beat the drum, and contact my Reps, Senators, Governor and the Administration. They all know me by name (probably wish they didn't). Do you?

Will the public wake up? Eventually. Especially when they start to lose their toys. Will it be soon enough? I don't know. The US may fail and be carved up by the remaining powers.

What I do know for certain is that the US abandoning the Constitution would be the worst thing for the fate of the World.

@TimTuolomne I wish you were my next door neighbour because I know we would have many long and agreeable conversations.
I could not agree with you more on all your points. I carry a Canadian passport but in my heart, I am an American, that is why I wrote " On the subject of freedom and liberty." I understand everything that you just wrote because I have read the biographies of many of the founding fathers, I feel I was there. I am now working my way through the Federalist and Anti-Federalist papers just to remain in awe of these men and women.
I get it and I wish I had the words to wake more people up to the reality we have collectively voted for, what could be the greatest national train wreck in history. And at some level, I am completely at peace with that. Wisdom tells me that seeing reality comes with the price of not being part of the crowd.

@TimTuolomne I am beginning to believe that the only way for the US to return to living within the rules, boundaries and limitations of the Constitution, is for most people to have a burning desire to take on more responsibility when the socialists are offering to assume it for everyone, for free. Tough sell on our side eh. I think that the solution directly challenges the socialists, it would allow the market forces to reward common sense and good behaviour which takes away their power. They will fight like dogs.

@ScottforKing Well done Scott. I agree that some degree of stoicism may be required as things unfold. I will continue to pray for the truth to land in the hearts of Americans and Canadians.

@TimTuolomne I am beginning to believe that Canada may not come back unless there is a miracle. Think of what the US would be now if 65% of the votes went to the Democrats and that is what happened in Canada in our last federal election.

@ScottforKing It may be just as bad here. Some estimates place over 60% of the vote going to Trump in the last election.

Which is worse, stolen elections, or a deceived voter base?

The only thing that gives me strength is remembering that in 1781 George Washington set 8,000 poorly trained farmers, and an equal number of French, against 7,500 of highly trained British soldiers and somehow won.

The British had faced far worse odds elsewhere in the World and prevailed. It was a miracle then, and I'm hoping the miracle today will be North Americans awakening now to restore respect for our respective sovereign nations founding documents again.

@TimTuolomne Different grief but it's the same shit.
The difference then was there was many highly intelligent and motivated people - "we must hang together or we will surely hang together." We are not there just yet. I pray that we don't have to resort to another civil war before we get over the last one.
