Is Kavanaugh following in the footsteps of other conservatives on the supreme court trying to win approval from the left after their heinous public assassination?
Seems Brett has aligned himself with the radical-activists on the court several times already. Is this a kind of stockholm syndrome thing, or is it a sort of pandering for acceptance?
Curious. Will be interesting to watch...
You know, also interesting is the idea that someone tries so hard to prove their non-partisanship that they, in fact, stump for the opposition party. In Kavanaugh's case, he could be trying to check himself because of his anger. He was treated horribly--a REAL victim.
But, I acknowledge to those who brought it up, he could just be voting his conscience, since there haven't been really any hardline cases. Time will tell, I guess.
Kavanaugh was chosen in part because they thought he would be the easiest nominee to get through the confirmation hearings.
I think that if I'd been through something like that, I'd have an altogether different sort of reaction to liberalism. Just sayin'.
