Aside from the wicked, I don't think most people started so corrupt, do you?
Remember in the bible where it says 'they call evil good, and good evil'?
Didn't King David write about it. And he slipped badly, too.
I am reminded of 'beware when you THINK you are standing lest you fall'.
I'm learning to 'not lean on' my own understanding. Things aren't what they seem.

If we don't stay close by Jesus, walk close by Him, we will surely fall. There is no way to stay on the narrow path to the celestial city except by walking with Jesus. As the years and the days pass, I behave and act more and more like I am living in the pilgrim's progress. LOL
