This morning a woman who lives in a middle class subdivision, woke up this morning to let her dog out in her backyard. To her surprise, half of her wooden plank fence was missing. Thieves during the night stole it! So be prepared, unless it's glued down or embedded in cement; your property will be taken if they so choose to take it.
