Durham probe takes blow with not-guilty verdict for ex-Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann

One of the jurors stated, (allegedly) "there are many worse things to do than lying to the FBI"
I knew about the makeup of the jury as well as some questionable decisions on the part of the Judge in favor of the Defendant fairly early in the trial. Even with that knowledge it is still incredibly disturbing to see the results. Even William Barr fully admits Republicans will never receive fair treatment under the law at this point in time. All this tells me is that it is more than time for a civil war. The gravest concern for even the most cynical Republican among our political class is sheer naivety. We can not however ever give up on the Republic.
If you (anyone) does a web search for info on the makeup of the jury on this trial they will see that the verdict was a foregone conclusion. It should not have been tried in DC in the first place - there should have been a change of venue.
Honestly, if any of us truly believed that H Clinton or anyone closely associated with her could EVER be legally convicted - well then we're just gullible true believers in righteous truth and justice to prevail against true evil in the world.
It just struck me how much it must drive the leftist loons insane that the Supreme Court can and does decide against them.
We can not, however, give up on the Republic. Ever.
Leftists cheer if a court decides in their favor, and they boo if it doesn't. Therefore leftists are not exercising logic.
The Alito draft opinion is logical.
In a high school debate contest, you have to be able to argue for a position that you don't believe in. Democrats are incapable of this.
Paraphrasing Gorsuch: If you feel good about a decision, you're not doing the job right.
Kinda blows the wind out of your sail.
Gobsmacked.
