A Canadian Man has been convicted of "family violence" for referring to his child as "she" instead of "he".
The Supreme Court of British Columbia decided that even a polite refusal to "honour" your 14-year old child's choice to live as the opposite gender will get you charged with "family violence".
This is the same court that--a month or so ago--allowed the 14- year old child to receive cross-hormone injections despite the parents' disapproval. Now, for disagreeing with the court's decision (verbally only), the father has a criminal record.
Are you ok with this, Canadians? When the state compels you to accept your child's trans choice--to undergo medical interventions--under threat of legal charges, are you living in a free society? What's the difference, then between 3rd world countries and Canada?
In a 3rd world country, citizens have no say in the laws that govern them, and they have no way to hold the gov. accountable for their biased decisions.

Anyone with a minimum understanding of the process of sexual maturation knows that it takes an entire adolescence to settle firmly in one’s sexual identity. It is nothing but violent sexual and physical abuse to interfere in that very process, with drugs and the hammering fist of the law. This will, undoubtedly, lead to many more suicides and or disastrous medical issues .

This is probably the Human Rights court. Every province has one and they have run amok trampling our rights and freedoms into the ground. Very few accused persons win. There is only one political party that vows to disband these 'inquisition-like' quasi-judicial bodies and that is the PPC. I hope the electorate recognizes how important this is to our freedom.

This is the Supreme Court of British Columbia, not a human rights tribunal. Every province has a Supreme Court. The final step is the Federal Supreme Court.

FGM! You will stay and you will fight. You will not turn tail and run. For those who will run away...you are going to make it even harder for this to be stopped and it will be stopped by those of us who will not back down, those of us with heart, those of us who have enough common sense to realize that WE!! hold all the power, WE are the majority and the only reason these types of incidents occur at all...is because of...us. You know the old saying about when good people do nothing? I would not consider running away an option for stopping evil people to succeed. Deep down neither do you.

@FredrickG In my opinion Eastern Europe is the first line. Be sad to lose someone who will stand up for what is fight but I understand that you are proud of who you are and where you are from. As long as you fight.
