Emperor Franz Joseph of Austria Hungary was 83 when he launched the military attack against Serbia that soon became known as the Great War, and then later as World War I. After about two years of war, Franz Joseph was dead and at the war's end, Austria Hungary was dismembered into numerous separate states pursuant to the Treaty of Versailles. Is America's Franz Joseph taking this country down a similar path leading to a similar outcome?
