You would have lots of clients. The world is getting ready Daniel's 70th week. Even my own puny country is arming up for the coming grand fireworks display.

Another good business model would be "bug out" communal subdivisions in remote areas. You buy a huge track of land and then sell them out in half a hectare and up slices that would be served by your bunker construction business. Powered by hydro-electric power (if there's a big enough river nearby). With free lectures on farming and raising farm animals. Doctors, machinists, chemists, apothecaries, etc. having preferential slots. Of course it would have a chapel and a clinic.
