If you're looking for a moderate left-of-center opinion, I recommend Tim Pool. He's not afraid of facts and does not bend everything to a narrative.

I like the guy, but prefer to watch him on other's shows. On his the sound is always below quality and he tends to ramble a bit.

He does. When he gets too terrible at it I move along. But, overall, though I can reasonably disagree with some things he says, I like his approach and fairness. When he gets on the media, I especially find common ground with him.

I want to know what he's hiding in his wooly hat... sorry...

INTEGRITY!

That is a good description of Tim Pool. I recommend the video of him and Joe Rogan on free speech.

Think I remember him from a ways back, Occupy, and or Ferguson?
Not sure.

yes he started with occupy

I join this guy's opinion on Tim Pool:

“As content creators began successfully challenging the narrative of the establishment media, people's trust in the establishment media plummeted. Readers and viewers then turned to internet personalities whom they felt like they could trust, and that’s where they got their daily news. People no longer trusted media empires to tell them the truth, but they did trust a particular blogger or video maker that they’d gotten to know over the internet. As an example, for daily news I now pay more attention to Tim Pool of Timcast than I do to CNN or Fox News or the New York Times. Why? Well, I’ve never felt like Tim Pool is trying to manipulate me. I always feel like mainstream media outlets are trying to manipulate me” - Acts17Apologetics, 2.27.19, 1:29-2:20.

Tim's research is some of the best to be found. Can you imagine if this guy had the resources of CNN or WaPo? For me he sometimes get long winded on justifying his opinion. Just tell me what's possible and stop apologizing for what you are seeing. I'd like to see more live interviews. I think he absolutely ruled on Joe Rogan's show.

Tim is even handed in his analysis and an excellent commentator.

Anybody else notice the Nazi quadrant is practically barren?

But I saw a huge pile of socialist identitarians.

He's slowly moving more and more center/right - not that his ideas are changing, but the left is shifting more and more radical. Seems like a decent bloke.
If you get the chance, watch when he was in Sweden and ran into a no-go zone...

He is one of my favorites for political rhetoric. He does a good job of being open minded and calling out people on his side for their bullshit. The videos where he goes to protests can be pretty interesting. I love that he is a proponent of free speech, something that seems to be under attack in our day and age.

Pool is excellent. I love to listen to someone I disagree with who is just trying to tell the truth as well as he can.
