What do you all think of the coins?

Are you saving them? Donating them? Passing them between yourselves? I've gotten some from people, Thank you! But, I'm not sure I get the system or the utility. Isn't it just another way to show a like? There are some members I like to read, so you're supposed to reward that? I guess I'd give everyone coins except a few, but I don't know--it seems sufficient just to tell people I like their perspective or the conversation--or just the tenor of the conversation. Anyway, just curious.

If only we could establish a little economy with coins as a means of trade amongst the users.

I have given some away but not sure about the charity donations yet without being able to reseach the charity they money is going to.

I just watched a talk about "liquid democracy" using the Cardano system. Very interesting. Perhaps the idea of "likes" and "coins" will evolve into a DAO voting system. That's the direction I'd like to see this go.

Hello. If coins are for "showing one's appreciation of an action or quality; i.e. good posts/comments", then it's not bad, I guess, but, in that case, clicking "like" seems sufficient, like you say.

I have only been using them to vote for charities. Don't really know what to do with them.
