"The Russian regime's foremost interest is its own hold on power. All policy, internal and external, stems from this overriding goal."
Quite frankly, that is the goal of any government.
The whole focus on Russia is concerning to me. There does not seem to be the immediate concern for China in western corporate media that there is for Russia. A virus allegedly unleashed from China has placed the entire planet into an draconian state of authoritarian rule by billionaire overlords and the focus now is on Russia, recently cleared of a collusion conspiracy in a Democrat-led hoax.
Moreover, since 1993, Russia has been looted by the seven Jewish oligarchs and then surrounded by NATO. I am not a Russia sympathizer. I am a realist-analyst and I am able to see a "fly-on-the-wall" viewpoint from Russia's situation and I see the western media propaganda formulating a narrative.
I don't believe Russia is interested in any sort of war with European or American powers but I see Russia's "situation" as tremendously difficult. They have a dominion that is 2.5 times greater in landmass than Canada and a border to defend that is longer than that of the next three largest countries combined. They have a situation in Syria where Gulf-State and Israeli gas pipeline interests are attempting to install a western-friendly regime in Syria, who would allow a proposed LNG PIPELINE to cross Syria, into Turkey, into Europe. This would allow Israeli and Gulf-State LNG to flow freely into Europe. This would usurp Russia's European gas markets and crush Russia's economy
