Does anyone know why we hate Putin?I only know what I'm told by the media.I read somewhere(don't remember where),that the real reason we hate Putin is because he figured out how to get rid of his bankers.Is there any truth to this?

Actually, I found Putin to be a great speaker. He is communistic in his beliefs, but, then, the guy spent most of his life fighting the UN Globalists and getting the UN hold out of Russia.. so, maybe I’d want to be in charge for a while too, if I did that..just to make sure the Globalists don’t try their shit in Russia again.. they were called the Bulshavics there, in America they’re called the Deep State, in Canada we call them Globalists... it’s all different tenicles of the same destructive octopus that wants to rule the world. I’d take Putin over Trudeau in a heart beat! That! I can tell you!
Trudeau hates his people and his country. Putin loves his people and his country. Big difference!

I agree about Trudeau. Thanks for your input.

I think Putin has been great for Russia. I personally think there are many more who are terrible leaders. At least Putin is a man and a strong leader. Nothing wussie about that guy. I could name many who are useless, Macron, nz pm, trudeau etc.

I don't hate Putin. A better way to put it would probably I don't care one way or the othert about Putin. Any more than I care about Henri Albert Gabriel Félix Marie Guillaume.

In the UK we believe Putin more than our prime minister May. The government has become a cesspit of undemocratic scutters. Civil war looms

He's a bit of thug. Old school KGB. Not a nice guy and no friend to the West, but I don't hate him.

There's some strong evidence he blew up an apartment complex and blamed d's Muslims!' Then used that crisis to gain political traction.
.

That was a pretext to bomb the living hell out of islamic Chechnya.

Annexed Georgia, Invaded Ukraine, murdered journalists (circumstantial), still looks pretty good at 66. You know, the usual.

So other than Georgia, a lot like the Clinton clan.

@Gordo - never heard of Putin raping anyone. I don't think he's that bad(sarcasm).

-The Positive:
Putin is known for suggesting strong family values, having more kids, building thousands of orthodox churches that had been destroyed by communist regime, encouraging people to go back to traditional values and faith. I think those are positive values.
-The negative :
He's Russian
He's very authoritarian
Restrictions on freedom of speach
Restrictions on freedom of press
Cracking down on individuals that he believes are spreading gay propaganda

That's how I see Putin. Thanks for input. I think China is a bigger problem than Russia.

@Dixie
Agree ! China is far more dangerous too. US and Russia (FORMER USSR) have been enemies for a long time and they know each others tactics and diplomacy. China is a different animal all together.
