In the old days when a kid plays with the ball and breaks the neighbors s window the parents pay for it. In the case of the 15 year old MI shooter I would thoroughly question the parents. Where have they been for the past 15 years? Under a rock? Why is he displaying such bad behavior at school. How come they didn’t do anything about it. Waited till it it got to this point? Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.a telephone man came to my house for a repair and i could tell he was quite upset. he said he just came from another home where he was called to fix the telephone. while he was on his knees, one of three tiny kids came to him and said can you open this for me. it was a can of beans. he got up opened the can and poured it in a bowl . he gave all three spoons and they ate. the parents were on the computer playing games or gambling, etc. i suggested that he called children's aid.
