In the old days when a kid plays with the ball and breaks the neighbors s window the parents pay for it. In the case of the 15 year old MI shooter I would thoroughly question the parents. Where have they been for the past 15 years? Under a rock? Why is he displaying such bad behavior at school. How come they didn’t do anything about it. Waited till it it got to this point?
