In most jurisdictions, prosecutors are elected, most people do not even know that!!!!
Get involved, know wHat is going on in your area!!!!
Think of the TAXES you could save!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, District Attorneys are elected, but they don't try most of the cases. When they act like this ass they should be charged with contempt.

@DMcCreery1956 And voted out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Along with a whole lot of people!!!!

I think the defense team is right - the prosecution team is intentionally trying to get the judge to declare a mistrial. Then they can change their strategy and get a 2nd chance at convicting Rittenhouse.
I was surprised with the defense attorney a few days ago when he said something about wanting a mistrial. I expected him to ask for a judicial aquittal given the damning testimony where that guy admitted on the stand that Rittenhouse shot him when the handgun was pointed at him.

Yeah, that prosecutor is a piece of work. It speaks well of Kyle that he didn't fall into any of his needling traps.

I was stunned the Defense attorney even suggested a mistrial. The prosecutor is winning his case for him. Who in heaven's name would throw that gift away?

@toronto_Georgia exactly! so far you are the only one besides myself who saw that wrinkle in the defense attorneys remarks...I thought WTH is he up too!

@iThink Too funny. My question as well at the time. (what's his angle? strategy? to make such a ludicrous move)
