Why are people so worried about global warming and destruction of the environment when the real problem is obviously the population crisis?? Is it just me, or does everybody just ignore the basic math? Is it inhumane to set limits on the number of children folks can have? Can we at least suggest that we start providing HUGE tax breaks for people who choose to limit themselves to two children or less, and not the other way around?

Because the earth’s climate cycles naturally and there is established evidence that some cycles are much more erratic than others, the term “global warming” is no longer used. The recent 18 year warming hiatus is one more reason why global warming is no longer used. And that term was first coined by Al Gore who is not a scientist. Very erratic climate change is known to occur when the earth is near the end of a warm period according to solar physicists.

It is difficult to determine when human population growth will level off. But many claim it will level off at 11 billion if cost effective energy continues to enable tech advancement in medicine, food production, family planning and birth control. Wealthier and more civilized societies tend to have nil population growth by choosing to have only two or three children. The poorest developing on non-developing world countries continue to have explosive population growth due to premordial factors.

These hypotheses seem to suggest that more accessible low cost energy frees mankind to function at a higher efficiency level enabling a more productive, better educated creative human society to find better things to do than to spend too much time procreating their kind.....😉

I know this will come as a surprise. But. There is no population crises. It takes 2.1 births per female for the population to just replace itself. China 1.5, India 2.1, Brazil 1.5, most western nations 1.5. USA native population 1.7, USA including migrants 2.2. Central America 2.1.
Now I may not remember my numbers perfectly. But the trend in the whole world including sub Sahara Africa is downward. The only country I know of that is not on the downward trend is Israel.
Japan is shrinking in population almost 1000 people per day.

So its not a population crises we are facing. It will be an economic crises as economic growth is fueled by consumerism. We NEED economic growth to live in an environmentally sustainable fashion because it is very expensive. The only nations doing it are the very wealthy ones.

And espouse Socialism...Communism...Marxism..? It is not a population problem either. It is a Control and Power Problem.

China tried that and it failed miserably. Their economy is actually on the verge of collapse. They don't have the work force to provide for the elder generation.
Population is actually decreasing in most developed countries. It is only because of mass migration that the number is going up. But in the poorest of the poor countries, their population is doubling and tripling. It will be a huge problem for Africa.
At the rates of growth, Muslims will take over the world very soon. They migrate into Europe and America and have 8 to 10 children.
