Sounds like a precedence setting idea. Perhaps a picture of each person that is hired for that job could be publicized as a “Scab” and make it difficult to keep the position filled. I would never return to that employer even if they offered double pay, but I wouldn’t blame this employee if they continued the campaign against that employer until they started hiring only those who didn’t get vaccinated and until they actively advertised that firing medical workers for not receiving an experimental vaccine was the worst decision they could have made.
